1. What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept new, unworn, unaltered items,
with tags still attached for return or exchange.
2. How do I return or exchange an item?
All exchanges and returns must be made in person at the Green & Gold shop.
3. Can I cancel or modify my online order after I have placed it?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order,
please send an email to greenandgold@havergal.on.ca with the order
number and your request.
4. What happens once my order is placed?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing an order number. If an item is out of stock, you will receive a Customer Note email notifying you that the item is on backorder. Once an order has been fully completed, including backorders, you will receive a follow up order complete email.
5. How can I check my order status?
Please email greenandgold@havergal.on.ca with your order number to request an order status update. You will be notified via email when your order is ready. Most orders are filled next day with the exception of the weekends.
6. What are your store hours at the Upper School?
The shop is open Monday – Friday from 8 – 4, closed from 1 – 2.
7. How do I volunteer in the Green and Gold?
If you would like to sign up to be a volunteer here in the shop please send us an email at greenandgold@havergal.on.ca. Our volunteer slots are for two hours once a week or once every other week on reoccurring days. Slots include 8-10:30 am, 10:30-1:00pm, and 2:00-4:00pm.
8. An item I want is missing from the site
New things are being added all the time to our site, additionally, we remove products when we run out of stock or we move towards no longer carrying the item. If there’s an item that you know we carry but you can’t see it on the site, please send us an email at greenandgold@havergal.on.ca and we can manually fulfill an order for you.
9. Can I donate gently used uniform pieces?
Yes! You can donate your gently used items to the school via the Havergal College Parent Association (HCPA). Collection bins have been set up next to the Security Desk (US) and across from the Learning Hub (JS). The HCPA will also have a large used uniform collection in June. Stay tuned for more details.
We will accept blazers, kilts, tunics, pants, sweaters, 1/4 zips, shirts and gym uniforms. We are sorry that we cannot accept items that are not part of the current uniform. We also cannot accept house clothing, swimsuits, tights, socks, modesty shorts, shoes or hair accessories. Please ensure pieces are in sellable condition.
Used uniforms will be sold periodically throughout the year as part of the HCPA’s used uniform initiative. At this time we are unable to sell used uniforms online. All proceeds will be put toward the HCPA’s commitment to the Limitless Campaign. If you have any questions, please contact hcpa.committe@gmail.com. Thank you for your support!
